Austin is knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed my ac unit and gave his expert recommendations on my unit. Furthermore, I had another company come drain my unit a few weeks ago. He said everything was clean and good but after Austin checked, he found it hadn’t been flushed and was backed up with that filthy gunk! Austin took his time and cleaned everything properly and visually showed me the results. I signed up for the annual service feeling comfortable I have a AC tech who does what he says and will give me the proper service. I am extremely pleased.
We discovered one evening that we had a significant backup in the drain line for our air handler, which had a service contract with another provider. While waiting for this other provider to contact us, we found Stay Cool HVAC online. They responded to us much more quickly than did the firm with which he had a service agreement, and they quickly discovered that the drainage problem was expensive and would need a full afternoon of work. They took the time necessary to repair the problem and also to take steps to prevent it from happening again. The job proved to be expensive, but they also gave us a fair price for their work. We have switched our HVAC service to this firm.

It's Miami so I'm worried. Went thru a couple of AC vendors - quoting unreasonable prices, then dropping them if we booked early for a discount. Made us wonder how much does it really cost. - then Eli and Stay Cool. He gave me a quote on the phone and was over for a personal check shortly. After looking at the situation decided we needed a slightly larger system than what I was thinking but the quote stayed the same! We put together an install date only a few days ahead and the team came in and did the install in a short afternoon. I am writing this a few weeks after, just to make sure, I don't write reviews for fun. This system has been working like a top. Twice the output of the old system at half the noise. No issues at all with the new setup and everything is exactly as they said - the paperwork and pay online features were really professional too! I got all my documentation and was able to pay without a problem at all. Can't say enough about this service, and being an engineer myself I am personally very satisfied with what they have done here.
I waited for 13 days for my HVAC company to come out and fix my AC. I couldn't wait any longer as there was water leaking all over. Stay Cool was recommended to me so I gave it a shot.
